BUNNY RUN 5K Participant Information

 

Thank you very much for participating in the 7th annual Bunny Run 5K. This race would not be possible without your support and the support of our sponsors and volunteers.  We hope you enjoy this race and look forward to a long series on future races.  Thank you again for your support and enjoy the race!

 

Race Day Schedule

  • 8:30 am                 Registration closes

  • 8:50 am                 Welcome/Announcements (Starting Line)

  • 9:00 am                 Race begins

  • After medal ceremony       Youth Easter egg hunt

  • Post race refreshments, race results and awards presentations will be held in the event tent located near the finish line.

 

Starting Line

  • On the school campus, in front of the Annville Cleona High School

 

Finish Line

  • On the school campus, in front of the Annville Cleona High School.  In the parking lot by the event tent

 

Chip Timing and Bibs

  • Timing chips are located inside your bib.  These are disposable bibs and DO NOT need to be returned. 

  • Please wear your bib on the front so it can be read as you cross the finish line.  It is important to stay in order and move quickly through the finish chute.

Youth Easter Egg Hunt

  • This will be for children 10 or under and accompanied by a Bunny Run race participant.  Please bring your child over to field behind the portable toilets after the awards ceremony if you want then to participate in the Easter egg hunt.

 

Post Race Reception

  • After the race please join us at the event tent for refreshments, race results and prizes. 

 

First Aid

  • We have an EMT on site and other staff and volunteers located throughout the race.  Staff will be wearing orange “Staff” shirts.   Please find one of these people if you need assistance.

 

Bathroom Facilities

  • There will be portable restrooms on site. 

 

Dogs and Strollers

  • Participants with running strollers are welcome but we ask that you start at the back of the line when the race starts. 

  • Dogs are prohibited for the race this year. 

 

Parking

  • Parking will be available on the campus of the school.  Parking attendants will be on hand to direct you.  For those of you familiar with the school, you will see that we will be asking you to enter the campus where you typically exit. On race day, the normal school entrance will be blocked.
